Kenny Tutt x Michael Bremner

Join Great British Menu winner and Chef Patron of 64 degrees and Murmur in this unique collaboration with Kenny Tutt MasterChef champion.

Michael will be sharing an introduction and basic understanding of some beautiful pasta dishes and cooking through the 64 classic dish of truffle pasta with 64º confit egg yolk and Spenwood cheese.

Michael is featured regularly on Great British chefs and is renowned in the industry for his no nonsense taste packed seasonal plates. Following the trend Kenny will be putting together a personal favourite of crab linguine which is simple and packed flavour.

The class will include a perfectly paired glass of wine with each dish.
