Capacity and seating
Room is available for groups of up to 35 people. Seating arrangement depends on the size of the party.
We offer the Kennys favourite choices on our pre order Menu, this is seasonally chosen and will be sent a couple of weeks prior to you dining event. However if there is anything you would particularly like please feel free to contact us.
Costs and booking
There is no hire charge. Minimum spend policy as follows:
Weekday Lunch - £500
Weekday evenings (tues/wed/thurs)- £800
Saturday/ sunday lunch- £1000
Friday evening/Bank holidays/ Saturday evening - £1200
All food and drink is subject to 12.5% service charge and inclusive of VAT. Minimum spends increase by 10% during December Booking – A non-refundable deposit of £10 per head (unless otherwise specified).
You are welcome to decorate the room but please check in advance what is accepted General Timings Lunch from 1pm – 4.30pm. Dinner from 7pm until 11.30pm. (Guideline only)
Choose between pre-dinner bar drinks of choice, a sparkling reception and/or cocktails.
Optional selection of wines in advance from our hand-picked wine list.
Although there is a bar in the room it is a service bar only, drinks are therefore not available on a pay as you go basis.However you can visit our main bar for this service.
All drinks and food will go onto one bill and in cases where the bill will be split, we are happy to take separate payments but we respectively ask that the party work out the spend per head and collate all the funds. We politely recommend designating someone to do this in advance.
Cakes – we will be happy to serve your cake after dessert.
Alcohol – we are sorry but we do not operate a corkage option except under very special circumstances.
